Ocean Floor - Pam (8/11/2010)

Hi, my name is Pam and this is my story.

I was sitting in prison feeling really down and wondering why I should even bother reading the Bible.  After all, what did God care anyway, right?  I got out my radio and was trying to find a station to listen to and the only one that would come in clear was KLRC.  The song on there made me stop walking, sit down, and cry. 

I rededicated my life to Christ on that day (February 1st, 2009) and haven't looked back since.  I don't even know the name of the song, but the chorus was, "Your sins are forgotten on the bottom of the ocean floor."  I will never forget that day, because my whole life has changed for the better. 

I am out of prison and off parole.  I attend Celebrate Recovery.  I just finished a step-study group and am in the middle of writing my testimony, which I pray will reach someone and help them to see that without God there is nothing.  I have been so blessed this past year and will be eternally grateful for that moment that God made for me to return to Him. 

How awesome is that?!! Thank you Lord for forgiving me.
