Hello! My name is Kassandra and I wanted to share something with you: my love for God.
I didn't used to be a Christian, but about eight months ago I met my current boyfriend and we started talking about church and he invited me to go. At the time we were just friends and I was happy to have a friend that went to church because I was always wondering what it was like.
So I went and at first I was scared because it was something new to me, but as I went more I loved it. It was in May that I went up front and prayed and got saved and got baptized! It was amazing.
I had never listened to your station before but I love it. If I'm having a bad day, I just turn on your station and it calms me down. I was listening to your station one day and heard about The Afters concert and got sooooo excited because I like their "Light Up The Sky," and I also love Sanctus Real's "Lead Me"!
So I got on the phone and called my boyfriend and asked if he wanted to go. Of course he said yes. I was so excited because he was telling me that he loves Christian concerts because it's all about worshiping God! So we went and got tickets. It was me, my boyfriend, and his mom and his sister. I was standing in line nervous! I have to say it was a AWESOME concert!! It was just all around amazing and I think we are going to try and go to the Newsboys Christmas concert.
I just wanted to say thank you! God has truly blessed me so much this year. Thank you guys for being a crazy great awesome radio station and positive influence!! Thanks and God bless.
