Gallons To-Go Fundraiser (Fundraiser)
Location: Chick-fil-A, Rogers
Chick-fil-A (Rogers' stores only) is having a Tea Fundraiser for the SCC the month of October. For each gallon of tea sold in October, Chick-fil-A will donate $1 to the Samaritan Community Center.
Arkansas Support Network Christmas (Donations)
Location: Arkansas Support Network
Arkansas Support Network is in desperate need of your help. We serve individuals with disabilities and their families in NWA. Every year, we provide holiday food, warm clothes, and gifts to individuals with disablities who would otherwise not have a Christmas. This year, we have over 200 qualified individuals (adults and children) and we are needing community support to meet these needs. Without community help, these adults and children will go without. Fueling Good (Competition)

The Samaritan Community Center is participating in a promotion with Citgo entitled FuelingGood in which 12 charities will receive one year’s worth of fuel for their organization vehicles. The organizations with the largest number of on-line votes will win. Voting begins today and continues every day through November 28th.
Breakfast with a Benefit (Fundraiser)

Hwy 62 Daylight Donuts is hosting a fundraiser the weekend of Oct. 27th and 28th to raise money for the Rogers Heritage High School Choir. All receipts collected that weekend will be counted towards the money the choir raises, so be sure to tell them when ordering that you are there for the fundraiser so a receipt can be printed out and collected.
MTMM Yard Sale Fundraiser (Fundraiser)

Helping Hands for the Animal Shelter and Humane Society (Donations)

Collecting any and all pet related items for the Rogers Animal Shelter and Humane Society of the Ozarks from October 15-November 2. Put on by Business Ethics class group at the University of Arkansas.
Chili Cook Off & Chili Feed (Fundraiser)

The Children's Museum presents Rexy's Big Idea!! Drop in the Bentonville Public Library for a free family fun day on October 27th. There will be fun and hands-on activities for children to participate and learn. Black light science, an Invention station and even playing with marbles are a few of the activities planned for the day.
JBU Volleyball and Soccer Games (Sports Event)

The proceeds from this event will go toward the church financial obligations. Many churches and families are experiencing hardships during this tough economy. Boomerang Carwask in Rogers off of Walnut turns into a spooky 3 minute ride through carwash from Dark until 10 pm the 27th through the 31st. Experiance a carwash like no other this Halloween. Scares are mild and tasteful, however might be a bit much for children under 5 due to darkness and the fact that carwash's are kinda scary anyway:) We look forward to seeing you there.
Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra Concert: Classic Masters (Concert)

Internationally acclaimed cellist, Allison Eldredge performs an exciting concerto, Cello Concerto No. 1 in A Minor by French composer Camille Saint-Saens. The Arkansas Philharmonic Orchestra (APO) Principal Cellist Stephen Gates will be featured with Ms. Eldredge on a delightful concerto for two cellos by Vivaldi -- Concerto for Two Cellos in G Minor. The APO will perform Beethoven’s exhilarating Symphony No. 7.
