Couch Potato Walkers Registration (Classes)
Location: NWA Mercy Family YMCA
This six-week program is designed to get you off your seat and on your feet. This program is specifically designed for beginning walkers. The concentration of this program is walking a little farther or a little faster each week to achieve the goal of walking three miles at the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, Saturday, April 27. Registation deadline is Saturday, March 16.
NWA Mercy Family YMCA March Promotion (Health Education)

CBCO Blood Drive (Blood Drive)

CBCO needs your help to meet the growing need for blood in the Ozarks. Eligibility requirements include weighing at least 110 pounds, being in general good health and present required ID. Growing Opportunities Inc. Pilot Project (Community Outreach)
Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Location: Tontitown, Arkansas
We are piloting a project meant to assist those with "agriculture" disabilities, or "brown thumbs." We are holding classes in Tontitown offering instruction on everything from seed planting, to transplanting to a garden. Including hands on experience with farm animals, and for those interested, support with an entry in the Washington County Fair. We will meet on Saturday's bimonthly through May for 6 sessions. 3 hour workshop teaches you how to turn your story, experience, or your message to the world, into a book.We go step by step through self publishing and marketing your book.Have you ever wanted to write a children's book? Art Ability (Classes)

Art Ability is an interactive art program for children with special needs and their siblings ages 4-17. The program spans 6 weeks, with 1 session per week, followed by a public art show at the Ability Center. The program is offered twice a year in the Spring and Fall.

Free 6 week sign language class taught by a JBU student for those who want to learn the basics of sign language.
