Darren Sisemore Fund (Fundraiser)
Darren Sisemore, 26, of Rogers might rightfully wonder, “Why me?”The last decade could be likened to a bad dream from which he hopefully might awaken, smile back at a handsome face in the mirror and realize that the terrible tumor and the years of chronic infection in his face had been but an illusion. What a life he’s lived since age 12 when his left nostril began to close shut. By 16, both nostrils had become sealed. He also worried about the bulge in his left cheek and his shifting teeth. One doctor diagnosed a sinus infection and prescribed an ineffective over-the-counter nasal spray. Another physician, a specialist, ordered a CT scan and told Sisemore about the tumor they’d found in his sinus.

Students speak English and have medical insurance and spending money to cover the cost of personal items, school lunches, and entertainment. If you are interested in the Great Commission, but don't have the time or resources to travel to other countries, then set an extra plate at your table, prepare a bed and have lots of love for a student from a foreign country.
