The Springdale Rotary Club’s inaugural Pig Trail Mud Run fundraiser. will take place on June 1, 2013 on an undeveloped, rustic portion of the Ecclesia College campus in Springdale, Arkansas, 9653 Nations Drive. Located in the beautiful Arkansas Ozarks, the course features extreme hills, underbrush and lots of trees, a stream bed and ponds. Runners must be 18 years or older to enter and should factor in the challenging obstacles they will have to navigate to complete this 5K run. Community Blood Center of the Ozarks (CBCO) has issued a CODE YELLOW ALERT for ALL NEGATIVE BLOOD TYPES. There is less than a two day supply of this type of blood on hospital shelves. Your donation is needed to help replenish the supply. It takes over 275 donations every day to meet the needs of the thirty-eight area hospitals that use CBCO products. To be eligible to give, you must weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good health and present required ID.

Cancer Challenge Adult Tennis Tournament (Cancer Awareness)

The tournament will have round-robin format/doubles & mixed doubles. Partners and teams will be assigned by Tennis Director based on NTR. There will be 5 flights per day (2 hours per flight/3 sets of tennis). The cost is $80.00 per person or paid via corporate sponsorship. Team prizes will be rewarded.
