It's another beautiful day in Northwest Arkansas! We're still sticking to our conclusion that spring has come. (At least until it snows again... hopefully in December.)

Here's what we talked about on the show today...

Hot Pockets Recall - I remember when my brother was single he used to live on these! I'm glad he's not anymore, because apparently some of the meat in said Hot Pockets is being labeled by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service as “unsound, unwholesome or otherwise … unfit for human food.” I'll have to call my brother to make sure he's not hiding a secret stash for late night snacks.

Busyness Isn't All It's Cracked Up to Be - When someone asks how you are, what's the first thing that usually comes to your mind? If you're like Ansen and I, the answer is "busy." Being busy can make us feel important. Sometimes we wear it like a badge of honor. But sometimes it can be a sign of a lack of self-worth, or an inability to manage our lives well. What if we stopped using the phrase busy and engaged with people more authentically when they asked how we are? This conversation started from an interesting article Ansen found.

Ice Skating Is So... Graceful? - I love me some figure skating and ice-dancing. (Not sure Ansen feels quite the same way, but that's ok.) :) It's all so graceful and beautiful and flowy... with one exception. Freeze frame photos of the competitors' faces. Who knew??
