Washington County Fair – @ the fairgrounds in Fayetteville – ends at midnight on Saturday. Midnight Madness is Friday Night – from midnight to 3am. New this year – a tractor pull on Saturday at 2:30 pm.
The 56th Annual Clothesline Fair will be held Saturday & Sunday, September 1 & 2, at Prairie Grove Battlefield State Park. Events include over 200 craft booths, living history, music, square dancing, and concessions. Admission is $4 per vehicle for parking in the park. For more information call 479-846-2990.
Fayetteville Arts Festival - This multi-genre arts festival is split over two weekends. The first weekend focuses on the visual arts and takes place at the Fayetteville Town Center. The second weekend takes place on and near Dickson Street, celebrating the performing arts through a variety of events, including the 24-Hour Play Festival.
