Good Tuesday Morning!
Mark shared this "Positive Thought of the Day":
"I believe that nothing that happens to me is meaningless, and that it is good for us all that it should be so, even if it runs counter to our own wishes. As I see it, I'm here for some purpose, and I only hope I may fulfill it. In the light of the great purpose all our privations and disappointment are trivial." -Dietrich Bonhoeffer (1906-1945)
We talked this morning about life's seasons of disappointment, and how in the midst of those seasons it's often hard to find peace and purpose. CS Lewis said one thing we all have in common is that when we reach Heaven we will all say, "I Get It!" However, along the way to Heaven, we can find moments of peace and purpose and even an "I Get It!" moment amidst life's trials. We took so many sweet and touching calls from people who were willing to share their stories of hope and encouragement either admidst or following life's trials.
The show reminded me of Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." Thank you to everyone who called! Thank you for your transparency and for blessing our morning!
Have a great day!
