My mom has passed away recently from cancer. All my life, she encouraged me to listen to KLRC, and if we were in another state she had me listen to that area's Christian radio station. When she passed, I turned to you guys and listened to Christian music on YouTube just to get me through the day.
I'm from North Carolina and found KLRC's app when trying to find a station with good contemporary gospel music. My K-LOVE app was not playing well and I found your app and I love it!
In listening to your radio station and how each one of you present Jesus with His character shining through all of you, you are touching nations. What a glorious honor to be able to hear and connect with others of the body of Christ like we get to do through the radio station.
On what seemed like a regular day to me, March 27th, 2016, I went to church. I woke up feeling like, "This is just like any other day. I will go to church to get it over with." Little did I know that the Lord would call me and change my life forever.
When my husband and I first got together, he was a Jehovah's Witness. I was a Christian and listened to your station and talked about God a lot, and one day my husband started listening to your station himself.
Everyone has been talking about loved ones that are graduating this year and I would like to tell you about someone very special. He is my 5 year old grandson, Urijah, who just graduated from Kindergarten. And, yes, I did shed some tears for more than just one reason. To me, this is my miracle baby.
I love how this music encourages me and keeps me going. Even if I want to give up on life, I keep on pushing through because I know Jesus knows how I feel and I know that by listening to KLRC's music.
Approximately three years ago, my daughter became very ill. After weeks of doctor visits without any results, she became so sick that we took her to the emergency room to learn a few days later that she had Lupus Nephritis, an auto immune disease. Her body was attacking her kidneys, and they were only functioning at 20%. After months of prayer, blood tests and medications, she was in remission. She has since been blessed with a college degree in Engineering, a great husband, and a wonderful job.
I love KLRC because the music helps me cope with chronic pain due to fibromyalgia. Every day is hard, so I listen a lot because your music fills me with hope and strength in the midst of the pain.
I read a quote on Facebook that went something like, "A woman's heart should be hidden so deep in God's heart, that a man has to seek God to find her." And vice versa too, I suppose.
