As a community-supported radio station, I love that God has a place for all us to be part of the Positive Difference.
When you donate, you are helping bring hope in Jesus to listeners like James.
We've all had those moments. The surprise that took your breath away, or that moment your heart needed encouragement the most.
One of our listeners, Kerry, told us about their moment in a note.
When you are part of KLRC's financial support team, the Positive Difference you make goes into so many places.
Here's what Carissa, a KLRC listener, told us about listening to KLRC while at work...
It's Sharathon time!
It's that critical season where we are asking God to provide the funds needed for KLRC, a community-supported radio station, to stay on-the-air and sharing hope in Christ for another year.
The KLRC Fall Fundraiser is now in the record books and our hearts are full of gratitude. In the past few days, you've responded in an incredible way and we are so very thankful!
It’s been an amazing week filled with special stories of how God is using a small army of people to impact lives throughout Northwest Arkansas, Northeast Oklahoma, and Southwest Missouri! I’m so grateful to each of you who have responded already and am looking forward with great expectation to what God has in store for us on this final day of the KLRC fall fundraiser!
Do you realize that when you support KLRC, you are actually supporting a single-mom like Stacey? Do you realize that God is using you to walk alongside her every day?
Stacey is an incredible mom of 3 amazing kids who each day battle some special needs. Stacey finds hope in a Sovereign God who knows how to place the right song at just the right time in her life... each and every day on KLRC. In the last year, she found herself in unimaginable circumstances, not by choice. She gives of herself each day to care for her 3 adopted children and their special needs.
"I used to live at the Salvation Army and was able to save up money so I could get a place to live. When I got there all I had were the clothes on my back. Now I have an apartment of my own. I started listening to KLRC and the music helped me find God and give up drugs and alcohol." –James, Rogers
Often we see homeless people at busy intersections, and we want to do something. I have good news for you – this is your moment to do something!
At KLRC, we’re excited to be partnering with another great organization that makes a positive difference among our community. Established locally in 1896, The Salvation Army has been providing healthy meals 365 days a year. In our listening area, ANYONE in need of food can come to a Salvation Army Kitchen and be fed for free.
The balloons are hung, the volunteer schedule is filling up, and I can't help but believe we are about to see a miracle unfold as we kick off KLRC's fall fundraiser.
