About Scott

Scott Smith was born in a small town in southern Minnesota, it was there that he got his start working in radio at the age of 15. When Scott was 16 his family moved to Rapid City, SD, where he continued to go to school and work in radio, and that's where he realized that God had called him to a career in broadcasting.

Scott loves God, music, all sports, reading, paintball, motorcycles and people, especially his family, his wife Missy, and their kids Nathan, Austin and Charin. Scott and his family are very involved in their church and open their home as home group leaders, which Scott affectionately has dubbed the "Homies."

Scott is passionate about whatever God calls him to, which is why he loves being a part of the great team at the Weekend Top 25 Countdown.
